To print a document or picture, you will need:
A Printer
Printer Ink
Paper
* (Optional) Drivers and Utilities CD
Firstly, you will need to setup the printer. Connect the printer to the mains and connect it to the computer you will print the document from.
* (Optional) If your printer came with an installation or driver CD, put it into the computers optical drive. Then begin the installation process.
When it has finished, your Printer should now be available. Go to the document or picture you want to print, and on your keyboard, simultaneously press Control (ctrl) and P. This will bring up a print menu. Select your printer and how many copies you want. Then press Print.
Your printer should now print the document!
Issues:
When your printer does not accept the paper, this may be because it is "too old". Replace the paper with new paper.
If there is a jam, slowly lift the cover to see the area of the jam. Carefully remove the jammed paper and try again.
(!) Warning Do not immediately pull the paper as it may damage the printing mechanism!
If there are lines in your document, try replacing the ink. You will need to buy specific ink for your printer!
