There is no "email" symbol.

If you mean the "at" symbol "@" if it is not on your keyboard (on my Swedish keyboard it is <AltGr + 2>) then you will have to find it under Insert>Special symbols.

The email symbol is an uncapitalised letter a with unconnected circle from the tail of the a going around it.

This is the email symbol: @

The symbol means "at".

Ie - JoeBlogs@EmailService.com = JoeBlogs At Emailservice.com.

When telling someone your email address, you would say "at" to represent the @.

On a standard British and European keyboard, the @ is found on the bottom right near the large enter key.

On a standard American keyboard, the @ is found sharing the same key as the number 2.

If you are referring to a logo for an email company/provider - it depends on the exact company/provider.

in Microsoft Word 2007 go to mailings, then go to start mail merge, and work from there. and that's it and if its on word 03 i cant tell you that because i don't know.
