It means the Computer is not working properly if you have a faulty computer it could be due to programs the internet downloads (go to msconfig by typing it in the search and click the startup button untick everything except your security and it will speed up) If it's and hardware fault you need to contact someone. If you get it sorted quicker the chance of it working better will be. Improved
