It depends on what it's referring to. It could be Front Side Bus, memory, or either bridge. You'll need to be more specific in what you're talking about. What it means by mhz is megahertz or million cycles per second (one hertz is 1 wavelength of ac electricity or basically one cycle). If it's your FSB, it's slow. (1066 MHz is 1.066 GHz and anything above that is standard today.) If it's memory speed, it's not that bad (at least the 1066 MHz isn't) but could be better. From the look of how you wrote it, it's probably the different speeds of RAM your computer can handle.
