You can't. Adobe Flash and Microsoft Word are two entirely different types of programs - and thus have entirely different types of files.
To play an Adobe Flash file on the Wii, got to File > Publish Settings. Under Flash Player Version, select Flash Player 8.

An Adobe projector is an executable file authored with either Adobe Flash or Adobe Director. It is a Flash file (if made with Adobe Flash) or a Shockwave file (if made with Adobe Director) wrapped (or projected) with the necessary data to be launched outside of plug-ins or players. In the case of Flash projectors, it enables the content to be run without any additional plug-ins, while Director projectors still require users to have the Adobe Shockwave player installed on their computers.
To open a PSD file is an Adobe Photoshop file. To open such a file one needs to have Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Elements installed on their computer as well as the latest Adobe flash player.
Flash can import a large variety of file types and formats. You can attempt to import anything you like and you will get a brief report if Flash cannot import it. If you can't import the file into the Flash stage, you can make a link to it from the Flash Player SWF provided that any other computer has the necessary program to view the linked file. If the computer cannot read the file, the Flash Player can help the end user download the linked file directly.
If the video is a supported file format, from Flash, choose File > Import > Video and follow the prompts. There you can either embed the video directly into the file or load it as an external file. Once you have imported the video, drag it from the library onto the stage. If your video is not a supported file format, you will have to convert it first. Most likely, your copy of Flash came with Adobe Media Encoder, which you can use to convert your video file. I recommend using FLV or F4V for the best Flash support.
All versions of Adobe Flash Encoders are designed to recode Flash clips as other formats, based on the security settings and permissions on the file you are attempting to recode.
Adobe Flash, technology by Adobe, is written in a graphics language. FLV works and is written in Adobe Flash. The Video is encoded within the file. SWF works similarly, if you were talking about that, ask about that.
FLV is a Flash Video file format. Flash is created by the Adobe Corporation. You can download the Flash player on their website.
Either open it in your web browser that has the Flash plugin installed, or buy Adobe (Macromedia) Flash and open it in the included viewer.
