Image files of all sorts can open in GIMP. A quick way to see a full list is by opening a new image in GIMP, then selecting "Save As". There will be a + next to the text "Select File Type (By Extension)" Clicking this plus will drop down a long list of files executable by GIMP.
I hope this has helped you! =]
not as of now
you simply go to files then click open. there you can then find your pictures
Yes, as long as you have a DDS plugin installed, such as can be found here: http://code.google.com/p/gimp-dds/
Uninstall it and remove any files that were made and reinstall. (Do not forget the GDK).
Gimp is completely free, it is even more: gimp is open source.
My Computer --> Local Disk --> Program Files --> GIMP 2.0 --> share --> gimp --> 2.0 --> brushes
To convert ABR (Adobe Brush) and PSPBrush files to GIMP, you can use a third-party tool like GIMP's ABR Viewer or a dedicated converter such as "AbrMate." For ABR files, import the brushes into the ABR Viewer and export them in a format compatible with GIMP, such as PNG or GIMP's native brush format. PSPBrush files may require conversion to a compatible format using similar tools or by manually recreating the brushes in GIMP. After conversion, load the new brushes into GIMP via the "Brushes" directory.
One of them. I find GIMP excellent for drawing line art and editing transparent images, and it can open and save .PSD (Photoshop) files. It is not nearly as good as Photoshop for photo manipulation however.
Complete the following steps:Launch the GIMP programFile> Open> and select the picture you would like to editSelect the Open button
Yes gimp is an open source program. The gimp makers give it away for free themselves. thegimpking.blogger.com
Right-click on Gimp in your Applications folder and select "Open With". This will open a window of all your applications and you'll select X11. X11 is under Utilities. I'm not sure how you managed to make Gimp open with Photobooth, but kudos to you haha.
