Well itunes is kind of finicky about stuff like this. You will have to purchase the movie What Happens in Vegas from ITunes. Make sure your ipod is plugged into your computer and is visible from your ITunes. Then copy and paste the movie file onto your IPod or you can just drag and drop it.

you dont have to go into itunes and reset it there all u have to do is to go into your general settings on the ipod and go master reset ......... done =)
