If your songs are already in the new library, you will not loose any of your songs.

The songs will still be there on the original computer. If you want to copy your songs to your new computer you are free to do so and it will work without problems. If you are having problems copying the songs from the original computer you may download your already purchased songs again from iTunes on your new computer without an additional charge. because your ipod isn't authorized to the new computer. what i recommend doing is move all music to one computer with a flash drive and then when you delete the songs off of your ipod on the new computer, you will sink the same songs onto it. if that doesn't work, just move your songs onto the old computer. derpinfloogle

That's because an iPod will only work on one iTunes. If you have songs on your computer and if you go on someone elses computer and sync their songs all your old songs will be erased. It's really annoying because you could have a brilliant library if you and friends shared all their songs. There is some new thing on itunes called home sharing. I haven't tried it but check it out. Hope I've helped. :D
