Ctrl plus J is used to justify text or a paragraph.
There is just one keyboard shortcut used to left-align a paragraph in Microsoft Word. 'Ctrl+L' are the keys used in this shortcut.

In my Chrome browser Ctrl + j shows the download history. Each application can have a different behavior when the Ctrl and another key are pressed. For example in Visual Studio 2008 Ctrl + j invokes statement completion. There is also a game called Ctrl-J

It is called justified text. You use the Justify option to do it, or you can use the Ctrl - J shortcut key to do it.
From the spreadsheet (to display the Print dialog box), press CTRL+P or CTRL+SHIFT+F12. If in print preview, press ALT+F, then press P.
