If so, ICT was an early English manufacturer of quite large and powerful computers, primarily mainframes. They changed their name to International Computers Limited (ICL) sometime early in the 1970's. For very many years ICL was the 'preferred supplier' of computer systems for all UK Government departments and local authorities. ICL was later (sometime in the early 1980's) bought out by Fujitsu who continued to manufacture the larger machines for a few years but they lost the UK government market due to the the foreign ownership and thus eventually pulled out of the mainframe business.
ICL desktop PC's used to be very popular in UK businesses. and Fujitsu PC's are still good quality. (I own one, over 12 years old and still going strong, but will only run Windows'98).
