Hands down the best option is Hauppage's PVR, either the regular version or the Gaming version. The difference is that the Gaming PVR is specifically designed to format captured videos for upload to YouTube. The Regular PVR has more output options, but you have to do a little more if you want to put it up on YT. The other option is an AverMedia HD Game Capture device. While the Hauppage PVR is the choice if you really want professional results in HD, the AverMedia isn't bad; most gamers have used the AverMedia before moving up to the Hauppage.
