The AMD C-60 APU is a 9 Watt, Brazos series, dual-core mobile processor with an integrated GPU on the same die.
Codenamed "Ontario" the CPU is a 1 GHz dualcore processor, using the Bobcat microarchitecture, with 2 x 512 KB L2 cache and is capable to turbocore to 1.33 GHz. Built using the 40 nm bulk fabrication process it supports SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4a, NX Bit, AMD64, PowerNow!, and AMD-V.
The GPU is a Radeon HD 6290 running at 276 - 400 MHz in a 80 Unified Shaders: 8 Texture-mapping Units: 4 Render-output Units configuration. Interestingly the GPU is marked as a Radeon HD 6000 series (which uses Northern Islands Shaders) even though it uses Evergreen Unified Shaders which belong to the Radeon HD 5000 family of GPUs.
Ofcourse it can...lol
For the 32-bit version, you need a minimum of a 1 GHZ Pentium III or Athlon processor. For the 64-bit version, any 64-bit comptatible Intel or AMD processor should work.

Your motherboard probably does not support a 133 MHz Front Side Bus, but instead runs at only 100 MHz. Processor speed is determined by an internal multiplier in the processor times the speed of the Front Side Bus. A 1.4 GHz Pentium III had a multiplier of 10.5 133 MHz * 10.5 = 1.396 GHz 100 MHz * 10.5 = 1.050 GHz So, you will not be able to run the processor much higher than 1 GHz. You may be able to overclock your motherboard and raise the speed of the processor close to its rated speed, but other components, such as your video card or sound card, may malfunction at a higher speed.

2.08 GHZ would be the faster speed. MHz =Mega Hertz HGz =Giga Hertz 1 Giga Hertz = 1000 Mega Hertz
yep, the more GHz u have the faster the processor GHz stands for gigaherz or the amount of processor cycles per second 1Hz is one cycle per second. 1KHz is 1000 cycles per second 1 MHz is 1000 kila cycles per second or 1,000,000 cycles per second 1 GHZ is 1000 mega cycles per second or 1000,000,000 cycles per second and so on....
GHz is most commonly used in computer lingo when discussing a processor's speed. Hz (Hertz) literally means one wave or cycle per second. So 1 GHz (Giga-Hert) is 1 Billion cycles per second. It's a measure of the clock speed of the processor. The more GHz that a computer has, the faster it runs. All things being equal, a machine with a 2 GHz processor will run twice as fast as a machine with a 1 GHz processor.
1 GHz stands for 1 gigahertz, which represents one billion cycles per second. It is a unit used to measure the clock frequency of a computer processor, indicating how many instructions the processor can execute in a given amount of time. A processor with a higher GHz value typically indicates faster performance.
The power of the A4 processor is a 1 Ghz processor. This processor is a dual core model and is used on the iPad 2, iPhone and iPod Touch.
Compaq Presario SR1320NX is a very old computer launched in 2004. It has got an Asus K8S-LA motherboard. The motherboard has got SiS 760/964 chipset and socket is 754. Socket 754 supports athlon 64 and sempron 64 series processors. The Athlon II X2 family requires Socket AM2+ or Socket AM3. Recommended processors for your motherboard are AMD Athlon 64 3700+ processor (Clawhammer, 2.4 GHz), AMD Athlon 64 3400+ processor (Newcastle, 2.4 GHz) or AMD Sempron. The motherboard also comes with 1 AGPand 3 PCI expansion slots. GeForce 8400 GS requires a PCI Express x16 which is not present on the board. For upgrades it would be better to buy a new motherboard, processor and DDR3 RAM. rather than spending money on processor and graphics card for the old motherboard.
