Identifying all the project stakeholders might be a difficult task, but the following are the obvious stakeholders in any project:
A stakeholder that does not engage in direct economic exchange with a company, but is affected by or can affect its actions. (Also called a secondary stakeholder.) An example are NGO's.

A connected stakeholder is party to a connection between stakeholders. For example, a bank and a VC may be mutually funding your project, so they're connected stakeholders.
Anyone who is not holding a stake is a NON-example. So is a table or happiness.

Internal Stakeholders are anyone within the business such as workers, owners, shareholders etc Internal stakeholders are operating in the businesses immediate department for example a manager is an internal stakeholder as it has a direct use within the business.
