Go to the Start button and click it. When it opens up move the arrow over to the right side of the menu in a blank area and right click the mouse button. Click on properties when you see the menu pop up. A window will open up with tabs at the top. Click on the tab for Start Menu. After clicking the tab you'll see to right a button that says Customize. Click on that and the rest is up to you.

To reset the heart rate memory for high and average just push the right mode button to get to the area you want and hold the two buttons down to reset the memory to zero.
