I wanted to buy the perfect hamster, looking on the internet to find a tame breed. I grew impatient so i usually wouldn't go to the pet store, but i did!!!!!!!
i found a honey hamster and grew so attached to her. They are very tame. i DO NOT recommend black bear hamster, they are fairly aggressive and are not suited for younger kids.

Rats are a predatory species, they can and will kill and eat a hamster.
No, they are different species.
Yes.depending on the species
No. One is a Syrian Hamster, the other is a Dwarf Hamster. They are not the same species, they are not even the same genus.
The Chinese striped hamster (Cricetulus barabensis) is considered one of the rarest species of hamsters, as they are not commonly kept as pets and are found in limited regions in China and Mongolia. They are also known for their distinct striped fur pattern, which sets them apart from other hamster species.
A hamster can be Russian and not a dwarf, for example the European Hamster can be found in Russia, but it is certainly not a dwarf species. However the 'Russian Dwarf' hamster is a specific species that is considered a dwarf variety.
well, the robo hamster species can grow up to 4 inches
Not as a species. From inexperienced handlers, possibly.
No, they are two different species, so it couldn't be a hybrid.
There is lots like, Syrian, Chinese dwarf hamster, Campbells dwarf hamster, Robo dwarf hamster, Russian hamster. My favorite, is the blueberry campbells dwarf hamster and the Syrian hamster. They are the sweetest and easy to hold. NOT THE ROBO"S!!!
