There is no shortcut key to do this, but you can press Alt + W + F + F in Excel 2007 to access menu options to toggle between freeze and unfreeze panes. (I do not remember if this same sequence works with Excel 2003; you might just have to press F one time in Excel 2003.)

There is no keyboard shortcut key to delete a column, nor is there any special command. The quickest way to delete the contents of a column is to click on the letter at the top of the column you want to delete and press the Del key.

When you say column with command, you mean automatically adding a new column or autoadjusting a column?To add a column using a shortcut, you need to highlight a column/s first (short cut is Shift key + Space bar) then press your Ctrl and + Keys simultaneously.If you want to auto-adjust a column's width using a shortcut, you can use Alt + H O + I (texted with Excel 2007 version).
Put the cursor on any cell in column q. Press and hold the Shift key and press the right arrow key and select over as far as column t so that one cell in each of column q, r, s and t are selected. Then press and hold the Ctrl key and then press the space bar. All of those columns will now be selected.

Select any cell in the row where you want the new row to be, press Alt+I (for insert) then press R (for row). To insert a new column at the selected cell, press C instead of R.
There is no shortcut for the full Chart Wizard. By press F11 a column chart will be created based on your selection and put in a chart sheet. You can also press Alt - F1. After that you can change the chart options to whatever you need.
