They are OMNIVORES like us and it meat aswell as plants. They usally find dead meat but they sometimes chase bugs and insects, which they sometimes eat aswell. They like chasing smaller animals but only to defend their terrotry; my pet rats chased a friends hamster when we let them near each other, so i'd keep them away from other pets.
