Unless the department, police or any other department can convince a judge that eavesdropping or gaining access to private information is with good reason, only then should any department or police unit be granted such rights. The sad truth is that our private information is being access and our privacy violated every day from such tyrannical government's. The want your money, your mind, your children, your last breath to be uttered while in debt to the country and government you have served your entire life. This is the harsh truth. Low to medium earning families are nothing but sheep tagged with identification numbers via IRA or ATO until you retire and die due to one of there man made diseases.
