When you try to play tf2 it says that the sse4a unsupported and sse41 unsupported also sse42 unsupported and hyperthreading unsupported why?

Because you're either using an older Desktop or Laptop (or maybe a Mac, I don't know). SSE4a is only used on AMD chips so chances are you're using Intel chips.
