If you are not able to obtain a 512mb module of Kingston RAM at your local computer sales and repair store then try shopping online. This item is offered by various sellers on Ebay and Amazon. You are sure to find one at a great price.
I think it is time to buy a new PC with higher RAM.
Essentially, RAM is RAM no matter what brand you purchase. Kingston has had a reputation of being one of the best brands of RAM, which is how they were able to increase their pricing. They know people will buy it anyway.
The average price range for a Kingston one gigabyte module is about $20.00 to $30.00 american dollars. It is possible to find them for less if you buy on-line.
You just can't it will just start to store temporary files on your hard drive and slow down you computer. Buy more ram.
Really needed more info to answer this - type of RAM, desktop or laptop, currency etc - however - as an example, on the Amazon web-site, you can buy 2GB of Kingston DDR2 RAM for under £16 - so for £100 you could get 12GB.
buy single 1GB ram and put it in single slot ... it works fine... I'm using 1gb ddr1 ram PC 333 on Intel 845 motherboard... its wrking fine...
You are speaking about the RAM ? Just remove your old RAM from the slot. Buy a 1 GB RAM ( be carefull that your new RAM should be same frequency (FSB) that is supported by your motherboard and same size ( i.e. SD, DDR, or DDR1, or DDR2, or even now DDR3 or other ).
Memory modules are used for adding RAM to a computer motherboard. As a standard computer industry practice the motherboard manufacturers do not add RAM to motherboards but provide slots (empty sockets) to which memory modules can be added as per computer configuration needs of the end user. Semiconductor RAM which is manufactured as standard chips is assembled on printed circuit boards as memory modules of different capacities (e.g 512MB , 1GB or 2GB). Examples include SIMM, DIMM, SODIMM. These module printed circuit board size, shape and signals are standard as defined for various memory types e.g. 200pin laptop DDR2 SODIMM is a common laptop memory type these days. Since there are standard modules for all type of computers, for a specific computer type you can just buy memory module and add RAM to the computer.
There is 1000 MB in every GB so that would be 0.756302 GB No that is wrong there are 1024Mb in 1 GB (stupid manufacturers of HDD's rate them at 1000mb, so you never actually get what they say their HDD capacity is. e.g. My HDD is rated at 640 Gb but it is only really 598Gb. When you buy Ram you get what you pay for e.g. 512mb is 512mb of ram) I hope that clears that up for you. Its false advertising at it's most obvious.
It is part of the fuel pump module, so you might as well buy a new fuel pump.
the company of the RAM is called DYNETit is the cheapest RAM?available in indiait is basically a throw piece which means that if any problem arises in the RAM?then nothing can be done so you yould have to buy another onethe colour of the RAM is rather strange as it has a pale light green shadeit is availabe at lessthan?50% the price of transcend and less than 40% the rate of kingston RAMSit gives a rather short lifeso it is better to buy a company RAM for the original price
