If you are willing to do it illegally, here are the steps:

1. Go to Google: google the word bitcomet.
2. Click on the first link. It will take you to their website.
3. Click on "free download" in the orange box in the top/middle of the screen.
4. Download and install that.
5. Go to the website, piratebay.org.
6. There, go to "Top 100", it is a link next to "Music, TV Shows, Recent Torrents, and Browse Torrents".
7. There, you will see a big word that says Applications, under that, click on "Windows".
8. That brings you to the page that lists the top 100 downloaded Windows Applications. The first thing you see will be "Windows Microsoft 7 . . ." click on that.
9. Click on "Download this Torrent". It will automatically open "BitComet" which you downloaded earlier. Scroll down to the bottom of the box that it opens in that program.
10. Choose the correct size of program for your computer (there will be two options, X64 64bit, and X86 32bit) I can't tell you which one you will need, it depends on your computer. You have to "un-check" the box of the one that you don't want, or else you will download both versions and that would take twice as long.
11. Once you have chosen the version. Click on the "Download Now" at the bottom of the same box.
12. Then, right click on the program that shows up in the middle of your screen and select the "start" button. It may take a few hours.
13. You need to have a DVD+R to burn the program to. You just follow the steps and it will show you what to do from there. The actual installation will probably take 6-10 hours so you might want to do it overnight.
