A person can be tracked by the Email address. The email address uses an IP to send. This IP can be traced back to the person.

Person B is able to send the email on to person C by using Forward. There are Reply, Forward, Archive, Junk, Delete, More, usually on offer. Simply choose Forward add person C's email address and click on Send.
