Web pages are loaded by Web Browsers, not the by Mac itself.
In most web browsers, such as Firefox, the web page 'reload' command button looks like a turning arrow. It is up on the app menu on the left side.
So, where it is depends on which browser you are using, and in some cases which 'skin' for that browser you are using.
In Firefox, there are two little arrows for 'Back' and 'Forward' followed by the 'Reload' button.
In Safari, to reload, click in the URL window and press 'Return.'
Reloading first looks in the browser 'cache' to quickly load the page again. To get the page in the newest version, if it has changed, hold down the 'Shift' key on the keyboard and then reload the page.
The reload button is typically located in the toolbar of your web browser, often represented by a circular arrow icon. In most browsers, you can also refresh a page by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or using the shortcut Ctrl + R (Cmd + R on Mac). If you don't see the reload button, you may need to customize your toolbar settings to display it.
The reload button on Google Chrome is located in the address bar, represented by a circular arrow icon. You can also refresh a page by pressing the F5 key or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + R (Cmd + R on Mac). Additionally, right-clicking on the page will provide an option to reload.
