I don't know about programming a keyboard to get a tab function on the right side, however a company named Zeomi makes a keyboard with a tab function on the right side. The keyboards are just about as expensive as other specialty keyboards. I have two in my office and they appear to work adequately; no known problems over the last seven months since they were purchased.
There is a 'tab' button near the top middle of your keyboard. It says 'Tab' on it and usually has two arrows on it but not all the time. The tab button usually is used to select an object on your computer or on the web that is next in line to select. An example - Tab will select the first icon on your desktop. Press it again and it will select the next icon in order.
You go to the bottom right hand corner and click a button that says keyboard settings or something like that and then you drag the button that says 'attack' in the tab you want it to go on.
