there should be a volume thing on the right side of your iPhone if you're looking at the screen. If there's two bars hit the one on the top to turn the volume up, hit the bottom one to turn the volume down or ir u have one bar then hit the top part of the bar to turn up the volume or hit the bottom part of the bar to turn it down but if that don't work then your iPhones broken but if not I don't know what to tell ya.
