The Mac is a personal computer (PC) so the question is meaningless. If the question was asking whether the Windows operating system or Mac OS X had better security software then the answer would be Windows as there are numerous companies producing software to protect computers running the badly designed and insecure Windows operating system from the thousands of attacks on its vulnerabilities. Mac OS X being built on the UNIX system is demonstrability designed to be secure. If Windows is run on a Mac then the Mac will need the same protection as everyone else running Windows.
