Why does fruity loops studio skip while playing a track?

If it is skipping or "glitching", it means the audio buffer is probably too small and needs to be increased. This is normal for FL Studio to have the default too low, so often as your song becomes more complex using a costly generator and effect to your CPU, the song starts to glitch. For the best playback results, go to the audio settings and set the buffer to maximum and check the safe overrides box. For maximum live playing from a MIDI controller keyboard or the PC keyboard, lower the buffer range.
