A Trojan may not be detected by McAfee if it is using advanced obfuscation techniques to hide its presence, or if it is a new variant that McAfee's virus definitions have not yet recognized. Additionally, the Trojan could be residing in a location that is not actively scanned by the antivirus, or it might be a false negative due to limitations in the software's detection capabilities. Regular updates and scans are essential for effective detection and protection against such threats.
Norton, Mcafee are some of the more major brands that remove such things. I prefer Mcafee best
There are several ways to get rid of the Trojan Horse virus. You can manually find the infected program and delete it or you can download a anti virus program which will do it for you. There is not a "best" Trojan Horse remover as they all work the same in trying to get rid of the virus. Some brands include Nortan Antivirus, McAfee, etc.

First, get the newest antiviruis software or McAfee, run the viruis scan for your whole computer, look at all the infected files, then it's usually the long one with a file extension (example: Photo.JPEG.exe). That's the trojan. Now the other long one with numbers usually is the backdoor. Or you could just delete all the detected files to make it simple.
Of what i could find out, this is the same one as the one McAfee is calling troj.Downloader-SF.However there is not much known about this one. Best change of successfull removing this Trojan is probably by a Trojan-scanner.There is a online Trojan-scanner at http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/ Good luckJawwi :-)
i haven't heard of webroot but i absolutely do not recommend using mcafee when i got mcafee it detected the Artemis virus which is extremely common among comuters running mcafee. mcafee couldn't delete the virus and eventually the virus prevented me frm logging on and i had to reformat. the best free antiviruses are Avast! and Avira antivir if you are willing to pay for software i recomend Norton antivirus your should also have Dr.web cureit on hand just in case.
No, it is not safe because McAfee has it in the red zone. TrendMicro also says a malware Trojan will attach itself to it when downloaded. Bad news.
No. It is software
