They (Graboid People) told me that too many accounts have been made at your location. i assume this was put in place to prevent uses from creating dozens of free accounts (i've made at least 30). anyway, i suggest trying a computer at a friends house or work computer. just make the account there, you can still log in on your normal pc. good luck!

its a pretty complicated thing , cause Graboid stores your IP address and saves it & also saves & hides its files into your computer so creating a new username etc. is really a run around . but to make a long story short just type in "How To Re-Instal Grabroid" in the google search box & many suggestions & options will come up there . remember if these options dont work it really doesn't matter cause like i said getting graboid to work again after you have used all your BW is close to impossible .
