If your computer is 'going offline' you are probably referring the the computer monitor or computer itself going into sleep mode.
To change this, get into the control panel (START -> ACESSORIES -> CONTROL PANEL), and click on the 'Power Schemes' tab at the top.
From here you should see option on the bottom half of the window. You can specify how long Windows should wait before turning off the monitor, and how long it should wait before going into system standby mode.
If the computer is turning off completely, it may be crashing and not automatically restarting for some reason.
If this is the case, you can look at the system event log to see if there were any system errors.
Right-click on the 'My Computer' icon on the desktop and choose 'manage'. This should bring you to the computer management window. On the left pane, under 'Computer Management -> System Tools -> Event Viewer', Choose 'System' and look at the results on the right. Look for any red circles with white x's in the middle and double-click to see the event.
If the computer is, indeed, crashing it could be due to hardware problems.
No need to check settings for power settings, you might have option go in stand by at certain time.
If your PC has a separate radio antenna, the answer is yes.
