The Sasser worm (W32.Sasser.A and its variants) targets a security issue with the Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) that Microsoft addressed with a released security update. There are a few things you will need to do 1. Remove the WORM by using the Microsoft tool at http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.mspx 2. PATCH your operating system so the worm will not re-infect your system. This is easy to do at the MicroSoft Website. 3. Enable a FireWall 4. You should get anti-virus software.
