i think virgin mobile is the best bang for the buck. $200 for 1500 minutes on tracfone? i get 1200 minutes every month for $45 and unlimited texting and web. only problem is they use sprint network. works great in larger cities, ok to not at all in rural areas. check coverage before you switch.
also, most big companies have no contract plans too. Verizon, at&t, t-mobile, sprint...etc...
