Also, if you were to kill or harm Azelf in real life, Azelf's spirit would take away your willpower, making you completely immobile for all eternity (or until you died).

Azelf will disappear from the game once you flee from it in Pokémon Diamond. It cannot respawn in Pokémon Diamond since that feature for Legendary Pokémon was not implemented at that point in time.

I found it dificult but mespirit when he faints will just teliport to another place and for uxie and azelf you need to defeat the elite four and Cynthia then you can face them again.
