I do all the time. When I make whole wings, instead of folding them as I would when I deep fry them, I keep them unfolded and lay them flat on the grill. They come out perfect and I like that I don't have to tend to them as much as I do when preparing them otherwise.
If you want a somewhat crispy skin, just *massage* the wings with a little oil (I use olive oil sometimes and other times regular Wesson or Crisco). Then leave them alone so the skin gets golden. That's all!
You should defrost the chicken before cooking it.
The George Foreman grill is meant to cook things that are done with high heat. Defrost your hamburger in the microwave first in order to get it evenly cooked. If you do like rare meat, then frozen may be the way to go.
