I think salmon burgers taste better than salmon steaks. They are more juicy and flaky.I have eaten salmon burgers a lot more than I have salmon steaks.If fresh Salmon is excellent and healthy for you.
broil your buns as you would with any other burger. cook the salmon on your stovetop. use miracle whip and ketchup and lettuce, pineapple is also good on salmon burgers.

Burgers are good but because of the low fat they are best if ground deer is mixed in with 1/4 ground beef.

I don't like the rings of callamari because they are tough and hard to chew. The callamari steaks are like scallops. They really don't have much taste but people usually season them with garlic & olive oil and they are tender and taste good. They cook fast, too.
