According to this forum, http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=295220, Clorox Cleanup is a good solution for black marks on boat seats. The black marks are most likely mildew and will come off easily with Clorox Cleanup without damaging your seats.
Iron marks burn the fabric, which damages it, so it may not be removeable. If you can get the black mark off, the fabric underneath it will be weaker than it originally was. To try and remove the stain, scrape off any charring, then pretreat the stain, rinse it, and then wash it as you normally would.
maybe try toothpaste. i accidently put my mum's salad things in the dishwasher and they turned black so i used toothpaste to get the black stuff off. hope this helps!

you need to take it off an look to see if it is fouled down(black marks)
The cut off marks in IITs depends on the paper in that year. Normally it is around 40% of the total marks.
