Cold air is pumped ina at the top, as hot air rises. The cold air will sink, cooling all the food as it sinks, and all the time more cool air is pumped in and hot air is taken out.
In a refrigerator, convection occurs when the cool air sinks down as it is denser, while the warmer air rises up. This creates a circulation of air inside the refrigerator that helps maintain a consistent temperature and cools the items inside. This process helps to distribute the cold air evenly and keep the refrigerator contents fresh.
If you opened the refrigerator door a person can cool themselves off. It would not be energy efficient though to try to cool an entire room or house through use of a refrigerator. A refrigerator would not be capable of cooling that large of an area.
convection currents
Refrigerator. I answered my own question! cool.
Cos it does
You feel a cool sensation because the refrigerator is full of cold air.
It has lots of frost on it
In the refrigerator.
The freezer and refrigerator are actually parts of a whole. Do keep things extra cool, a freezer the place to put it. (ex. ice) The refregirator keeps the item cool ,but not frozen like (etc. fruit juice.) It all depends the type of item you decide to place in the unit.
To go in a refrigerator and get frostbite. All cool people do it.
A convection current is when hot air rises, and cool air fall, creating convection.~Britney, 7th
