Fruits, vegetables, lean protein and wholegrains. Protein and Carbohydrate have 4 calories per gram, whereas fat has more than double this at 9 calories per gram.

Fibre-dense, water rich foods fill you up most, so with fruits and vegetables you can't go wrong. You need other food groups as well though
