Well, honey, the lid size for the Rival Crockpot SCV551 is approximately 11 inches in diameter. Just measure that bad boy up and you'll be good to go. Happy slow cooking!

Replacement lid for my rival roaster
I was going to use mine too. Mine a Rival, has a stoneware insert. It says it can go in the oven, but does not mention temps. The lid can not go in, but I thought I could use heavy foil. I think I'll check their site first for temp info. I found this on the crock pot website. It says that all Crock-Pot slow cooker removable crockery may be used safely in the oven with temperatures up to 400°F without the lid.
It depends on the size of the container...
The lid of the container filled with a quantity of the contents of that container The cap (lid) size will depend on the product
To secure a toilet lid properly, you will need plastic or metal toilet lid screws that are typically size 10-24 or 10-32. These screws are designed specifically for attaching toilet lids securely to the toilet bowl.
When choosing a pot with a lid for cooking, consider the material, size, and fit of the lid. Opt for a pot with a tight-fitting lid made of heat-resistant material like glass or stainless steel. Ensure the lid has a secure handle for easy lifting and a steam vent to prevent boiling over. Choose a pot size that matches your cooking needs and fits well on your stove.
Yes you can. It would be similar to cooking it in a crockpot. Just remember to include some water or broth in the bottom of the pan if it is a whole chicken. If just pieces, you can use a little oil.
Yes, it does. I have a whole set with that size lid and the 1 3/4 cup casserole is included and the lid works.
A dutch oven is a pan and lid set that can be used in both the oven and on the stovetop. They're usually about 5 quarts in size. Any substitution you make needs to be able to handle the heat- a good rule of thumb is if your pot has metal handles, it will be fine.If your recipe does not call for browning or sauteeing in the dutch oven on the stovetop first, a crockpot is an effective substitute as well.
