In the Southern Hemisphere, including Australia, water typically drains clockwise in a plughole due to the Coriolis effect, which is caused by the Earth's rotation. However, this effect is minimal for small bodies of water like sinks or bathtubs, so the direction can also be influenced by the shape of the basin and the initial motion of the water. Therefore, while there is a tendency for clockwise drainage, it may not always occur consistently.
If the meaning behind your question is "does the water go clock-wise or counter clock-wise down a sink or toilet" then the answer is, it depends on the design of the sink or toilet, try this yourself, fill a sink up, pull the plug, when the water is going down (say clock-wise) swirl you finger in the water counter clock-wise and the water will go down that way, proving that it does not matter.
That's what the plug is supposed to do. By plug do you mean the stopper that goes up and down with a pull stem in the faucet? If so, the rod needs to be extended under the sink. They are adjustable.
clockwise
People often believe that water goes clockwise or anti-clockwise depending on which hemisphere you are in due to the Coriolis force of the Earths spin. This isn't true. The direction water curls down the plug hole depends completely on whether the water is still or moving in a certain direction before the plug is removed. But don't depsare!!! The Coriolis force DOES have an effect on large whirlpools in the ocean, just not in sinks and baths.
clockwise
go all the way to the right to the last page of your tools bag go down a few and find a picture of water you make make the water go up or down.

Some plugs are meant to go in one way only, so you might be trying to insert it upside down or from an angle. Gently easy the plug into the slot - if you have to start using force then you are not doing it right.
No, it should go about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down to the bottom of the bowl.
quite possibly in the direction of the sea.
its easy, all you have to do is go to cianwood city and go in the cave on your way to the safari zone and go in the first cave and go down the down ladder and surf around in the water.
A tide. A tide can force you back if you go in the opposite way of it, you can swim if you go with the tide.
