There are many conversion sites on the internet. The simplest way to find a conversion for a recipe is to look in the front of the cookery book as most books have the information supplied. A rule of thumb is 25g to one ounce, but some books will alter this to 30g to one ounce. The actual conversion is 28.35 grams to the ounce.
