well, it depends what food you're talking about. different cereals and breakfast foods have different amounts of different grains and wheat. also, there are special gluten-free cereals that might have no grain at all. just look at the little white box on the side of the cereal box. (but if you're trying to cookfood, look in a cookbook or at online recipies to see how much of what grain to use).
