These sites only have access to the PUBLICLY AVAILABLE records. The only system that has the capability to do a complete criminal history check is not available to the public. It is the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) computer. The use of NCIC is restricted to law enforcement and the courts ONLY. If you wish to check your own record, go to the nearest law enforcement agency and request a copy of your own record. The only charge should be a small 'administrative' fee in order to look it up and reproduce it.
