Its absolutely everywhere with all nationalities as members so it is universal. However alot of churches are national. Like the Church of England, The Church of Scotland etc. and also churches are traditionally based on geographic areas, parishes and diocese headed up by a bishop, so although not ethnic they are often dominated by the majority that makes up the congregation.
