AnswerSpirits do not actually exist, but there are almost as many different beliefs about the world of spirits as there are people in the world.

To a traditional Christian, a spirit is the same as a soul, which lives in us until the time of death, then departs for the afterlife. An angel is also a spirit, as is the devil.

Islam shares almost all the Christian beliefs about spirits, but adds the jinn, a spirit form that is known from pre-Islamic Arabian beliefs. Jinn can be benevolent or malevolent, but more usually malevolent.

To some, spirits can be called from the afterlife to communicate with the living, using ouija boards. Although this is more often no more than a form of entertainment, the fear expressed, even by some clergy, shows a contrary belief in the efficacy of these techniques.

To others, ghosts are the spirits of the departed and must be appeased or banished in order to prevent them from causing harm.

The term spirit exists because there is a thing like spirit around. Spirit is believed as a soul of a person after death. There are two types of spirits - good and evil. The evil spirits are souls of people murdered or sucided, basically having an unnatural death.

It is said that spirits are strongest at 3 in the morning and weakest at 3 in the afternoon. But these spirits only attack people who are mentally unstable or depressed.

Many scientists and researchers say that is god exists, then even do spirits. But it yet is people's point of view.
