Well, Kakashi has the Sharingan eye. He doesn't have as much chakra as Naruto does, of course. Naruto is always charging into a battle without even thinking, which is not something Kakashi ever does. Also Naruto takes things more emotionally than Kakashi does. That's all I can think of, really.
