Several Religions either categorically forbid cremation, or they severely disapprove of it.Islam and the Baha'i faith both forbid cremation. In the case of Baha'i, however,if it is a legal requirement that the body be cremated, then they will accept it.Certain groups of eastern Orthodox Christians forbid cremation. The Catholic Church also disapproves of it, but will accept the practice. The reason for this disapproval on behalf of the Catholics and the Orthodox, is that cremation is the destruction of the body and denies the resurrection of the body at the second coming of Christ. Although theologically the Catholic understanding of cremation has developed more in the past decades.Orthodox Judaism disapproves of cremation since it will prevent the body from being resurrected at the End of Days. Liberal forms of Judaism may permit cremation but still prefer physical burial because of the traditional nature of it.Traditional Chinese religion/Confucianism sees cremation as unfilial, and therefore to be avoided. However the Communist party in China now enforces cremation on all of its Han citizens (with the exception of the Hui people in the west, because of their Islamic faith).Zoroastrians (or Parsees) traditionally forbid cremation as well, however this belief is slowly being broken down and more people are choosing to be cremated rather than be disposed of in the traditional "tower of silence."For a more complete treatment of this subject see Wikipedia.
i dont know yoou must be cremated above ground
religion is different for everybody. i dont know why people figth over what religion right when alot of religions tell you to accept people for who they are and what religion they have even if you dont agree with it. This is a very open topic and the arguments could go on forever. You should just be able to believe whatever you want to believe and live that way. i dont think there is any right religion or any right way to act. morals and conscience is all based on religion anyway.
No they dont accept it. They accept visa cards.
It depends if you had the cremation done private ( where he/she wilk get cremated on their own but if not they cremate about 5 dogs a time where you dont get your whole dog back he will be mixed with others and will weigh just under a pound. When you get your dog back from a private cremation it will weigh a pound or two
Well are you a buddist?I am partly, and if you will choose to be cremated or a family member or friend its up to them! If it is against that religion then just create your own religion..I dont exactly have a religion but just spirituality...I would love others to join
Masonic beliefs about cremation can vary significantly among different lodges and individual members. Traditionally, many Masons have preferred burial, as it aligns with their views on the sanctity of the body and the afterlife. However, some modern Masonic groups may accept cremation, viewing it as a personal choice that does not conflict with their principles. Ultimately, the stance on cremation is often left to individual interpretation and preference within the broader context of Masonic values.
