6kg is a very unhealthy amount of weight to lose in one week - as well as unrealistic. I am concerned that you want to lose so much at only 13 and sadly I don't think there is any method that will shed the weight in seven days without making you ill. I've struggled with my weight since my teenage years and at 24 am still battling the flab, however did find that at 15 / 16 I lost a lot of 'puppy fat' (I hate that phrase and hated having it) - this was just part of my body changing and maturing and needed no diet, although I did stop eating cakes and crisps as I came to the realization that I could no longer eat what I wanted without putting on weight. I know it sucks being overweight as a teenager, but don't be too hard on yourself or do anything silly. Having tried and tested everything that has been posted on sites like this and published in magazines - from slim fast to maple syrup diet and even laxatives (the worst idea I have ever had), I can honestly tell you that there is no cheat way to lose weight quickly, and be very careful about what you try as you can seriously damage your internal organs - trust me. I'm sure people will come up with all sorts of silly diets but seriously, the only way to lose weight is change what you eat and exercise more. You will always be able to find an excuse to eat fast food and not exercise. I think now that if you don't have time to exercise then you don't want to lose the weight that much. If you really are stuck for time in the day or evenings then get up earlier, although to be honest I think most people can find 30 minutes in their day to do some form of exercise - that is all it takes, just missing your favourite soap on TV. It's about priorities and what is more important to you. Before you know it you will start losing weight, and feel much better about yourself as you will be fit and active. Please be careful though, don't do too much or eat too little - your body is very sensitive and you only get one so make sure you look after it. Exercise and dieting can be very addictive and it is easy to slip the other way and lose too much weight (I have also done this). At the time I thought I looked ace but looking back I was skeletal and it was horrendous - make sure you are open with family about what you plan to do and listen to them if they think you are taking it too far. Ultimately your body is still growing and changing, and you will not look they way you do now in 5 years, so as cheesy as it sounds you need to accept yourself as you are and realize that we are all built differently. I am very curvy and will never be naturally thin and it has taken me a long time to accept that I am not naturally a size 8 (still working towards size 10), but in reality as long as I exercise and eat properly my size is a 10/12 (my teenage years ranged between size 8 and size 16!!).
