Well lets see, Im a girl who needed to shed like 10 pounds.

And alot of people say the same thing like "oh you will gain weight if you stay up all night" WRONG! After staying up all night i feel really energetic and i can think faster. Your body works harder thus using more energy , which results in more calories being burnt. The only downfall is that your sleep scheduel will resemble that of a vampire. I wake up at 9pm and stay up until 10am. So just remember to drink 8+ glasses of water, eat small snacks, and relax!!

Ps. If you wanna lose weight buy a jump rope. Burns 11 calories a second.
