It depends on several elements. Male or Female, Height and Weight, Activity Level, etc.

There are certainly several ways you can survive on that many calories but if it is one meal then it isn't good for you regardless of the above.

You can eat 20 times a day depending on what you eat and still be less than 1500 calories a day. I just need more info from you to determine the best diet.
